Day One

Here goes day one of training for the 1/2 marathon in January.

First - 45 minutes of upper-body weights
Protein shake for breakfast (one hour before run)
Second - 3 mile run
My trainer told me to run AFTER weights and more fat is burned that running before weights.

Good to know!

Can you be MY trainer? I have my yearly girlfriend weekend coming in 3 weeks and now that I'm healed from surgery I'm gonna buckle down and exercise. These cute girls are the reason for feeling a little down---I love em but the "biggest" one is a size 4! Seriously!
