Ashlie and I made THIS for dinner tonight. It was SO easy and SO delicious. I usually have leftovers after dinner. Not tonight. Every one of my kids asked for seconds. Delicious! If you try it, let me know if you like it... I think I am going to add it to my monthly recipe rotation.

If you have any staple recipes you make for dinner and wouldn't mind sharing them, I would love to have them! I feel I am in a cooking (dinner) rut.

Creamy Crock Pot Chicken

1 package of DRY Italian dressing seasoning mix
1 Tablespoon of butter
1 can of cream of chicken
1/2 can of water
1 block of cream cheese and the no fat tastes just as good!

1. In crockpot melt the butter. Place chicken, so that chicken is all touching bottom of crockpot.
2. Sprinkle the Italian dressing mix on chicken.
3. Pour in can of soup and water.
4. cube the cream cheese and put it.

Cook on high for 4 hours. You can even put the chicken in frozen if you like.

I love this!!! We serve it over rice although I've heard of people doing it over pasta too. I prefer the rice!

If you already have this one, let me know and I'll come up with something else! :)
