Too Good Not To Share

I made these Peanut Butter Bars for our Superbowl party. The kids devoured them. They are so good, I have to share:
1 C butter, melted
2 C graham cracker crumbs
2 C powdered sugar
1 C plus 4T peanut butter, divided
1 1/2 C chocolate chips

Mix the butter, graham crackers, powdered sugar and 1 C peanut butter until well blended. Press evenly into an ungreased 9X13 inch pan.

Microwave chocolate chips and 4T peanut butter on high for 1 min. Stir and continue microwaving in 30 second intervals until smooth. Spreak over peanut butter crust. Refrigerate for at least one hour. I think they tast best chilled. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
I hope you enjoy these - my family sure did!

These are totally worth it. They are so amazingly delicious. They taste just a like a big Reese's peanut butter cup (my favorite candy - next to peanut butter m&ms).
